What will I receive?

All products are digital — no physical items will be shipped.

What file format will I receive for non-editable products?

Some of our digital products are delivered as ready-to-use files, not customizable in Canva. They may be provided in a compressed ZIP folder, which includes:

  • 1 high-resolution PDF — perfect for printing
  • 1 high-resolution JPG — ideal for digital use
  • Optional “Read Me” PDF with instructions and helpful tips

Most devices open ZIP files automatically. If you need help, contact us — we’ll be happy to send your files directly.
